We recommend waiting an hour before consuming food or beverages. You may drink water at any time. For the first 24-48 after whitening we encourage you to stay away from colored foods or beverages that may stain your teeth (i.e. Juice, sauces, red wine, etc..)
Teeth Whitening products can last up to 2 years when stored in a cool, dark place. We recommend keeping whitening products in the back of your refrigerator. When not stored properly, shelf life can diminish.
For best teeth whitening results we recommend a recent dental cleaning. Plaque or calculus on teeth will hinder the teeth whitening outcome.
We recommend to have your teeth checked and cleaned by a licensed dentist before proceeding with any whitening treatment. Placing Hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide in a tooth cavity can cause severe discomfort. The American Dental Association (ADA) recommends to see your dentist every 6 months for a routine exam and cleaning.
